Watch a pick file become today's moves.
SlotWise reads the location codes in a pick file, draws the warehouse as plain boxes, heats every bay by how often it is picked, and picks the 15 moves that cut the most walking. Ninety seconds, start to finish.
Your file is read on this page only. Nothing is uploaded until you choose to sign up.

Read the codes
A-01-02-B is aisle A, bay 1, level 2, position B. The pattern is detected from the whole file.
- 2
Draw the map
Parallel aisles, one box per bay, a cart stop at every aisle mouth on the dock side. Three assumptions, all editable in the product.
- 3
Heat by picks
Every bay coloured by picks per day. Hot bays far from the dock are the walking you pay for.

Top 15 moves
The slotting bot scores every item on walk saved and picks a shift of moves, one item once, room respected.
